I've been working as an engineer professionally for 14+ years. Over those years I've worked on and learned every phase of the product development cycle. I served as a MFG/process engineer with GE Healthcare for 4 years. Then, I worked as a test engineer with National Instruments for two more. Currently, I work as an Electrical Engineer in the greater Austin area doing all of the above + product development.
I'm here to develop valuable products with great quality for DIYers, professional product developers and scientists. Tindie also provides an outlet for my continued education and skill development. At work we're paid to do specific tasks or in my case work on specific technologies. Tindie allows me to work on additional ideas, solve additional problems and employ all the techniques I've learned about product development with minimal risk autonomy and intimacy.
