Shipping Information

Some items have United States shipping costs built into the price and will show as free shipping. All other items and locations will have shipping calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you think shipping is calculated incorrectly - we can take a look and refund or adjust if needed. If you are ordering from a country not supported in the shipping system, let us know and we'll get it corrected.

Orders will ship the next business day at the earliest unless there are custom or built to order items. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship as soon as possible. The store will occasionally close and orders placed during that time will ship as soon as possible.

Returns

Custom and built to order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Open or assembled kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has shipped.

Returns are accepted for defective products and only within 30 days of the order being placed. Contact us prior to returning any items or no refund will be issued. All items will be tested upon receipt and if found to be non-defective, 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Products found to be damaged will not be refunded. Return shipping is at the customer expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds take 9 to 14 days to process before funds are received.

Refunds will not be issued on digital/downloadable items for any reason. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned.

Additional Terms

We will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages due to shipping issues or incorrect addresses. Customs fees, taxes, import fees, tariffs, and any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All international shipments require a phone number. All orders without a phone number may be cancelled.

Basic support will only be provided through the forum (forum.eccentricworkshop.com) unless paid support is desired. GRBLDuino shields are designed to be operated with GRBL and support is not available for custom software. Only limited troubleshooting is available for kits due to many variables.

Professional level product, fast communication, great docs.

I ordered the GRBLDuino Uno Shield on Sept 7 (labor day). Much to my surprise, I received an email later that evening, despite it being a holiday, that the unit had entered the shipping process. The package showed up in my mailbox on Sat the 12th. Furthermore, Andy refunded part of my shipping fee since I ordered more than one product (bought an optical isolator unit as well).
The quality of the kit looks to be on a professional level; nice trace layout, good silkscreen, nicely packaged components. The included documentation includes a good schematic, physical layout diagram, BOM, and jumper and input voltage specs. In addition, Andy provided a link to the online forums. And he himself appears to be available to give input if needed. Any customer having difficulties assembling this kit cannot blame the vendor or the docs.
In summary; quality product, good price, fast shipping, great communication and docs. I will be shopping here again!

Excellent product

This is a great product, I was about to design a mainboard for my CNC motion platform when it occurred to me that I should see if such a board was available for a good price, a Google search yielded the GRBLDuino which does everything I need with the added bonus of my not having to design it! The parts included fit perfectly, assembly was quick and easy and I had it up and running no time!

Drop in replacement for a "Duino" or China "GRBL" board

Found this while surfing the net by accident and liked the screw terminals immediately. Ordered it, was delivered in a few days, and was installed and up running within 2 hours on a new China system with a proprietary board that was running GRBL. Took a shot in the dark and it all worked out fine. No complaints from this customer. And will buy a couple of more for spares or new projects.
