Its a USB MIDI DCB for JUNO 60, making possible to connect your computer/DAW directly to ROLAND JUNO 60 Vintage analog synth.

Its compatible with Ableton, Cubase and logic, needs no power supply and no exotic cables.

note: - Current version its unidirectional, meaning you can send midi to JUNO, but not use juno as a midi keyboard. - DCB protocol supports only NOTE-ON & NOTE-OFF. Synth filters parameters are not available by midi.

Great Product!

This ingenious adapter does exactly what i need! Simple plug and play, and best of all it's compact. Can't beat all those features at this price.

IC broke a solder leg

During the installation process, it was found that one of the solder pins of the IC was missing, and I didn’t care. When connecting the JUNO60 to the computer, I sent a MIDI signal and recorded it, and I got the wrong signal. It seems that the wrong MIDI information was received. Falling solder feet. I've sent it to a pro who knows circuits to have it re-soldered, not sure if that fixes the problem.
The version I received is V3, the photos are all V2, I don't know if valpower has improved the circuit. Everything has to wait until the re-soldering is completed to judge

Great little device to midi trigger Juno 60

Great little device to trigger Juno 60 from DAW, without having to do expensive midi conversion, only plays midi one way (IN) but great for what it does. Also bought the SH101 midi trigger, little tricky to figure out which way to put the plastic & screws together on assemble (Used website photo for reference) but overall great products guys for vintage synths, keep up the great work! Fantastic value

If you’re lucky enough to have a classic Roland synth with DCB this is a great way to drive it from MIDI. I have the USB version. It’s only one way (MIDI controls the synth), but that’s all I want, and the price is fantastic. Just plugged it in and it worked. It’s that simple.

Great product at a great price

The only disappointment I had is that the item doesn't have proper casing and some locking mechanism to the DCB port on the JUNO
besides that, it works perfectly!

Great product made in France

This product works great with my Juno. I've been looking for a non-invasive midi DCB interfaces, but they were expensive for simple "note on, note off" functionality. I'm glad I've waited, this solved my Juno-60 situation! Merci et à bientôt!

GREAT adapter!

Received the USB to DCB adaptor quite quickly and it works like a charm! So wonderful to be able to control the Juno without having to invest those huge amounts of money on other MIDI solutions that are out there. Great adapter and life saver!! Excellent alternative to the MIDI adaptations!

This is a very neat product, a cheaper alternative to the MIDI conversions (£100 or more and usually involve replacing the CPU). By using the original DCB protocol you don't need to mess around with your expensive Juno's internals.

Some minor initial assembly is required - screwing on the standoffs and acrylic plates. Then you're good to go.

Connect up to the computer with a USB cable and it's recognised straight away. I've been controlling it via FL Studio. It's useful for playing arpeggios that are more complex than the internal one can handle while you tweak the parameters.
