Screen doesn't work

I've got OBD-II ECU Simulator in a timely manner, it works as ECU. Unfortunately, the screen of the gadget works from time to time. I sent a direct message to the seller but didn't get any response. UPD #1: I didn't get any response or FedEx label from the seller, only the comment to this review.

I provided the return label when you said the screen was defective.
But you said you might want to keep the simulator,
If you want to return or exchange a new one, please send it back.
If you did not receive the FedEx label, I would send it again.

Can’t figure out how to get port to work

Received and everything seems to work great. Just can’t figure out how to get the port on my computer to work for it. COM port 3 and 4 show up but it says com port error. I have installed what I believe to be the correct drivers. Please help

It should have only one com port,
you can find the com port number in device manager (devmgmt.msc)
if a yellow exclamation mark or stop sign appears, the USB driver needs to be reinstalled.
