What is it?

It is a CH340G/CH340C based usb to serial converter. Perfect for programming monoView. It supports arduino pro mini/ ESP8266 programming. Apart from the TX,RT,DTR and RTS, the VCC and GND pins are broken out.

**The pins do not come soldered.

A strong micro USB connector.
Bright LEDs to indicate TX and RX activity.
Six pins are broken out to program arduino or ESP8266 boards.

To bring all my monoView products under one eco system.

What makes it special?

Does not require any driver installation. Just plug and play

Though the driver should automatically install. If there is any problem downlaod the driver via this link :CH340X driver

Unzip the file
Run the installer which you unzipped
In the Arduino IDE when the CH340 is connected you will see a COM Port in the Tools > Serial Port menu, the COM number for your device may vary depending on your system.

Easy to use companion for the monoView controllers

There are many USB-TTL serial port / programmers out there, but this programmer was designed for the monoView and monoViewColor.
Like the monoView, it is also compact and tidy. It's a CH340 design, so programming with the Arduino IDE / avrdude is flawless.
