What is it?

PUCK 2 is a patented wireless Bluetooth Low-Energy to infrared remote bridge that turns any iOS or Android device into a remote. PUCK 2 has a directional infrared led of approx. 15 feet and approx. 100 feet Bluetooth range. Simply place PUCK near the device (or devices) you want to control, download the free PUCK Remote App for iOS or Android, and use your phone or tablet as a remote.

PUCK works with TVs, air conditioners, sound bars, streaming media players space heaters and more. Control multiple appliances with a single PUCK or control multiple PUCKs in different areas.

Why did you make it?

I originally invented PUCK because my daughter would hide the Apple TV and sound bar remotes and I wanted to be able to control everything from a single app. Since the first iteration of PUCK, I've seen it used in ways I would never imagined, such as for use by people with spinal cord injuries.

What makes it special?

PUCK 2 has been built to last. With major memory upgrades, a custom Bluetooth 4.2 system on a chip, better infrared range and battery life, this PUCK will only get better with continuous over-the-air firmware upgrades.
