Display broken and the shipment is very slow

I recibed the Pwnagotchi today, and the screen is not working, leds in the raspberry works but the screen is freeze, i contacted the seller but at the moment 0 response.

No Issues!

I receive My Pwnagotchi About 3 to 4 days ago had some issues on charging on what i thought was a bad battery. But thanks to the PiSugar Team Explain a lot and clarifying a few things ! Now I am completely Satisfied !00% Thanks again !!!!

Looks Fantastic So Far

I've only begun to go through it, but so far I'm very happy. The 3d print quality and fitment is fantastic. Everything seems to be working. The firmware is a fairly recent release with working plug-ins. The device came in a nice case with a bunch of accessories. They even left the screen dust protector on, which I appreciate.
I have not dug into the coding yet, I'm sure there will be a few things I want to change for security but they've already done more than I expected.

++So starting with packing evreything was tight and secure arrived perfect! And working out of the box ❤️

++Had spare parts that thay didn't mention like screws and board pin connectors ❤️

++ battry shipped according to guidelines with 27% charge (my battery screams thank senpai *_*).

I didn't order 200$ pwnagotchi i ordered a 85$ one and got exactly what i wanted 😊!
PReconfigured running machine with battery!

And in any time you can swap cards and use it for something else!!

* by the way if your data card arrived corrupted its not seller fault! Your packages goes trough magnetic screening at airports that's sometime (often) like to bamboozle crucial data on small sd cards and corrupt it
Formats like jpg, rar, 7z,iso have auto repair mechanism build in tham

But the data of pwnagotchi probably works different! And not like data from a camera or games

Good product but horrible support

Product's alright, but the seller shipped a faulty Raspberry Pi. Tried reaching out via email and Tindie DM – no reply whatsoever (after more than a week). Spare yourself the headache, ditch the Raspberry Pi for support, and grab it from an authorized seller instead.

Awful shipping

They put my pwnagotchi in the box, without filling free space, so it was shaking inside of the box and arrived damaged, the back lead was broken and it doesn't stay attached to the case!

Working as it should

Product came a week plus after order. Came with corrupted FAT2 partition so I redid the whole installation. Luckily seller left pisugar, epaper and bash_history in the sdcard. I really appreciate it! Things would have been easier if you link a .img on your selling page as well. I will definitely be ordering more! Thank you!

Excellent Product just slow replies/slowest shipping

Ordered the pwnagotchi kit for my raspberry pi 0W arrived very well packaged in 2 hard plastic cases, came with all screws + extra screws and wires, complete 3d printed case, 2 lil instruction cards for screwing it together, a keychain, tf reader/miniHDMI/otf usb, and the santa hat. The only real issue I had was it took over 2 months to arrive to the USA, seller said it was because the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday but I ordered lots of other items from China right before/after Christmas and they all arrived on time so I think they just forgot to ship it but at least everything arrived & works well. Last they do always respond to emails just slowly always within 1 week though so just gotta be patient. Ended up paying $130 for my pwnagotchi build after completed doubt you’ll find 1 cheaper. Thank you.

Took forever to get

It took a very long time to get.
I was given shipping is number that does not work.

I have been waited about 2 months to receive.

Tried contacting seller, and got nothing at first. I thought I was scammed.

Everything came well packed, and I was really impressed at the entire contents.

However because of shipping time, I might not order from here again.

3D printed case missing + Waveshare V3

I just recived the order.
Inside is just the battery, eink Waveshare V3, and SD card.
The SD card is already Pre programmed and works well with the V3 version of the screen when connected to PiZero.

The 3D printed case was missing in my package for some reason.
But the customer support team is great and the issue got resolved quickly.

Shipping to Germany took around 3 weeks which is acceptable knowing that it is shipped form China in the X-mas period.

If you need the parts to complete a Pwnagotchi build this can be the place to order.

Perfect

The package had everything that I needed and more. I literally plugged everything in to my pi 0 and it's booted right up and instantly worked. I would highly recommend anyone by this instead of piecing together the parts by themselves.

Great product, bad display

Honestly I like how simple it is to assemble this item. It took me about 5 min figuring it out and I was amazed. I did notice the casing had a few scratches, but I didn't mind that. The housing is very protective and I am impressed on how well it fits too!

The huge factor for this was getting the pwnagotchi working. I did open the waveshare screen, and saw that it had the pwngotchi face on it and didn't think much about it, and I plugged in the SD card (already had the setup files) and with the pisugar charged by me I turned on the Pi and nothing happened with the screen.

I am honestly upset, and will change my review to something much better if I can get some assistance at this point

Please be patient for a while, screen refresh takes time and power! Sometimes it takes a long time to wait. As requested and delivered

It took about 4 weeks to arrive in the EU.
It was completely as discribed.

Assembly is fairly easy, without instructions.

Only thing I can note, is that I got 2 backpanes instead of a front and backpanes. That is somewhat disappointing.

Battery is tested and of good quality, also the SD card provided is decent.

I would recommend, just verify the panes....

LOVE IT!!!! (◔◡◔)

Arrived wonderfully packaged in a nice hard plastic case. Shipping to Eastern USA took about two weeks or so, but I can't fault them for free shipping from China. There's essentially no documentation, but as others have said, if you bought this in the first place you likely have some idea what you are doing. Otherwise, there's more than enough documentation online to work out anything you are unsure about. My device arrived already assembled and the software already installed and ready to go. Flipped the switch and it booted up and immediately got to work pwning networks! The included accessories are also a nice bonus! Mine came with the pizero and pisugar2 already assembled in the 3d-printed case, a microsd reader, a microHDMI adapter, a usb otg adapter, some jumper wires, and some screws and posts (presumably in case you want to use the piSugar2 battery outside of the 3d-printed case) They even included a bonus santa hat that is really cute.

Honestly I enjoy building things from scratch and had planned on purchasing the parts separately and assembling my own Pwnagotchi, but this was a better deal than buying them all separately and all the included extras made it an instant buy for me. I was not disappointed!!

Overall I would say good transaction.

I purchased after I wrote them. they will respond usually between 1&3 days with a very short and brief sentence. But product showed up turned it on and it started grabbing pcaps. For people who may be new to pwnagotchi and or Linux and or script. this will be a challenge. seller will not be giving any suggestions. go to Reddit and get beat up their. I do have problems connecting to my Pwnagotchi via ssh as my laptop won't see it unless I fully reset my network connections on my laptop. But this has nothing to do with seller. just my lack of experience. will be buying another from this seller as soon as I learn how to use current one.

Nice little bit of kit, but the battery lasts maybe 2 hours

The pisugar battery unfortunately is just a bit cheap and a bit crap. Having it all in one tight package is great, and looks cool but it barely lasts 2 hours brand new using the device with the ocasional blutooth going.

For the money you are much better off buying a seperate battery pack that is 20000mah and it lasts forever.

Im pretty convinced the battery will be dead in a couple of months of being used too.

Great customer service

Unit arrived as described with one issue, the microSD card was faulty. I went out and grabbed another 32gb card, flashed it, and it booted right up. I contacted the seller and they immediately compensated me for the cost of the new SD card. Great customer service. As a note, the case that came with the unit looks great, and the unit seats flush with all ports and covers.
Unit arrived basic shipping from China to California in just over two weeks, not bad considering I did not opt for premium shipping.

Will buy from PiSugar kitchen again.

So Happy!

I am very happy that I decided to order my pwnagotchi from Pi Sugar. I couldn't be happier with the order. The case is really nice including switch and button covers for the Pi Sugar. Doesn't look 3D printed, unless they use a resin print method. My guess is injection molded. A carabiner or keyring hook would be a great addition, but I'm not complaining. Shipping to the US was much faster then I expected. Only seven days from shipment to delivery. I did opt for the DHL shipment option so that helped I'm sure.
I am also glad that I added a second Pi Sugar unit as I am planning on another pi0w project. It's a really well designed and executed product and couldn't be more happy! All told after pricing all these items separately through stateside retailers I could not beat the price from Pi Sugar directly.

Plug and Pwn

High quality item. The 3D printed case is a good resolution and doesn't have any finishing flaws. The screen plugged in directly to the Raspberry Pi headers. 32 GB SD was preloaded and booted up to start eating handshakes. Easy to see the battery life through the case and you can also see if the Raspiberry Pi is powered on. No instructions but if you're buying this, you outta be able to figure it out.

Long shipping times, but great product!

I took a fair bit of time to arrive, but when it arrived I was impressed by the quality of the build and by the care that went into the construction and the shipping. The included PiSugar battery pack was already installed and hooked up to the buttons, and the epaper hat was well protected in the box it was shipped in. The whole thing even arrived in a good plastic enclosure box that will be useful for desk organization. The epaper hat fits securely into the Pi with the case lid on top. All in all, it is a fantastic little box that I am greatly looking forward to using for my own personal projects, though I'll probably hold onto the included Pwnagotchi SD card as it looks pretty fun, too.

I got this as a little gift for myself

the unit arrived, i popped on the screen & turned it on --worked from the beginning. and it hasn't missed a beat!

did a few tweaks to enable BT as well as change the name of the unit

3d printed case is really good too.

Great service

Pisugar sent a complete pwnagotchi kit with everything I needed. Minimal assembly and the latest version already loaded on a 32Gb card. Everything was nicely packaged in a sturdy plastic box for save travelling in the postal system. Very little documentation, but I didn't need any.
