What is it?

Buzzzzzz, is it a broken TV? No! It's your awesome analog audio kit! Learn about the venerable operational amplifier ("Op-amp") in this set of 9 audio-oriented experiments including:

• Creating a buzzy "Square wave" signal or a smooth "Sinewave" signal!
• Creating an instrument out of a pencil drawing!
• Amplifying your voice!

This kit not only shows full-color detail of the circuit assembly, but extensive circuit analysis is provided describing why the circuit functions.  This kit includes all* the electronic components needed and over 30 pages of full-color instructions and analysis of the experiments.  Beginners may start with the basic concepts and collegiate electrical engineering students may appreciate that the kit provides real-world inspiration of the following concepts:

Why did you make it?

Developed by a former Graduate Student Instructor and PhD graduate of U.C. Berkeley. These are the circuits that got me hooked on electronics! This kit is hand soldered, programmed, and assembled in California.

What makes this kit special is the manual provided which provides hand-drawn breadboard connection diagrams to make it accessible to even a beginner. The manual also provides a full-blown circuit analysis for the experiments provided to connect the experience of witnessing a physical circuit to the math behind how it works.
