Great Project and Excellent Support

I ordered four of these to create hearts for Valentine's Day gifts.

After creating the first one, I noticed that one of the LED segments wasn't working in the text. I sent an email asking how to remedy this. Within hours, I received a response asking for photos of the project. I sent the photos. Again, quite quickly, I received a response indicating that 3 of my solder points needed to be reworked. (My soldering skills are OK, but clearly not as good as they need to be.) I touched up the solder points and the heart now functions beautifully.

I will be looking into more products from Four Bit Industries as well as telling others about it.
