What is it?

This breakout board can drive piezo outputs up to 18Vpp from 3V supply. An internal 3X charge pump generates boosted supply voltage for piezo driver. Since this does not rely on inductors, it will keep the design small and flat.

To use it, just make the following connections:

• Microcontroller VCC -> MAS6240C Breakout Board V+
• Microcontroller GND -> MAS6240C Breakout Board GND
• Microcontroller Buzzer Output Pin -> MAS6240C Breakout Board DIN
• Piezo Buzzer Positive -> MAS6240C Breakout Board VO1
• Piezo Buzzer Negative -> MAS6240C Breakout Board VO2

Why did you make it?

I was searching online on how to increase the volume of piezo buzzers and did not find an easy solution in the form of a breakout board, and so I made this.

What makes it special?

It comes in a small form factor and can be easily integrated to give your projects a much louder voice.
