What is it?

The AVR field programmer is a AT-Mega hex file uploader. The board allows the user to select a file from the SD-Card using a fixed filename system and selectable from a rotary encoder. The system can store up to 256 filenames.

The board has three led's which are used to show the status of the board , Error - Red, Working - Yellow and Ready - Green and two seven segment displays to show the filename to be programmed. The board can accept to show the filename in decimal 01 to 99 or else in hex format 01 to FF.

The board hosts two ICSP "In-Circuit Serial Programming" ports which can program Both 5V and 3v3 Processors.

The board will show the different statuses by the combination of the led's, different blinking patterns correspond to a particular message.
