Read More…The ElkSD-Plus1 is a cartridge that enables the Acorn Electron with Acorn Plus 1 expansion to load and run disk images from a standard SD memory card. It is the first and only dedicated SD interface cartridge available for the Electron, with features that include:
An SD card is not included with the device. Your Electron MUST have a Plus 1 expansion connected in order to use this device. If you do not have a Plus 1, please take a look at the ElkSD64.
(*) Many SD cards up to 64GB have been tested and found to work provided they are formatted as FAT32 and partitioned to les than 8GB, but this is not guaranteed. Use of 1-8GB capacity cards from a reputable brand (SanDisk, Kingston, Samsung, Kioxia, etc) is recommended.
