Great product add an eeprom to make an official HAT

The easy way to add an eeprom to your HAT project.
If a product is missing that eeprom, or for your own hardware, this little add-on add the feature for you.
You may need to dig into documentation on the device tree, how to program eeprom, but you will need that anyway.
