#### What is it?

OverWatch-485 is a gateway to monitor/control RS485/RS422 devices over the LoRaWAN network. It is based on RAK811 Module and can be powered over 110/230VAC mains(Hi-Link Module). It has Galvanically Isolated RS485/422 Transceiver. And Yes It's open hardware and Software/Firmware.

#### Why did you make it?

This project/Hardware originally made for GUVNL R&D for the Remote 3-phase utility metering project in Agriculture Areas in 2017. The pilot was successful and I've some leftover boards.

#### NOTE

I'm not a pro in Firmware/Coding, Provided the GitHub repo has original source code used in Meter Reading, So on that side you're on your own.

The assembled board Does not have support for MOV and Fuse.

The tested range is ~8KM range in Non-Line of Sight.

All Boards are Hand Assembled/Soldered and Tested.
