Took me a little while to get settings right, but once I did solder paste dispensing could not be better. Really appreciate the responsive controls, made tuning everything easy. Packaging and documentation were much better than I anticipated. Highly recommended.

I initially bought this unit along with some accessories for dispensing solder paste - but once accustomed to it I now can imagine many additional use cases like dispensing solder mask, grease, glue or even applying sugar icing to individualize cakes. When I first opened the parcel I was amazed how small the control unit actually is and how well everything was packed: all the items were separately embedded in foam with customized cutouts, being wrapped in plastic foil as a whole. Unfortunately, DHL must have applied brute force while shipping the parcel so one item arrived in broken condition despite all the excellent protection; when I contacted the seller (Dan) he responded almost immediately and arranged for a replacement of the broken part at no extra charge. All the coversation with Dan was very friendly and prompt; he even provided an update firmware for the unit within two weeks, incorporating a few suggested improvements. The user interface of the tool is very intuitive but yet flexible and the available online documentation is superb, too. I'm glad I found this little engineering marvel on Tindie: it just works like a charm; setting it up is done in almost no time - it's certainly much faster and easier to operate than one of the other pneumatic dispensers out there. All in all I can highly recommend this tool and would always buy it again! Many thanks to Dan for his great work and all his excellent support. Although shipping by DHL was very slow (took around 3 weeks to Germany) and tracking steps were more than coarse, I still gave five stars for shipping as this is definitely not Dan's fault; while being slightly more expensive, I'd definitely go with UPS for my next order (the UPS delivery of the replacement for the broken item just took 1 week...).

Well made product, and very versatile as it can be set up for a variety of different solder pastes (and other substances).
Packaging was excellent, and and arrived in the US from its origin in Mexico without any hassle.

I've spent quite some time trying to find a paste dispenser that is easy to use, requiring very little set-up and at an affordable price. This product is the only option I could find and works great, rapidly speeding up board population time. Highly recommend.

The product is exactly as described. I haven't yet used it with paste.
Shipping was very quick and very well packed.
