Shipping Information

Some items have United States shipping costs built into the price and will show as free shipping. All other items and locations will have shipping calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you think shipping is calculated incorrectly - we can take a look and refund or adjust if needed. If you are ordering from a country not supported in the shipping system, let us know and we'll get it corrected.

Orders will ship the next business day at the earliest unless there are custom or built to order items. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship as soon as possible. The store will occasionally close and orders placed during that time will ship as soon as possible.

Returns

Custom and built to order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Open or assembled kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has shipped.

Returns are accepted for defective products and only within 30 days of the order being placed. Contact us prior to returning any items or no refund will be issued. All items will be tested upon receipt and if found to be non-defective, 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Products found to be damaged will not be refunded. Return shipping is at the customer expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds take 9 to 14 days to process before funds are received.

Refunds will not be issued on digital/downloadable items for any reason. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned.

Additional Terms

We will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages due to shipping issues or incorrect addresses. Customs fees, taxes, import fees, tariffs, and any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All international shipments require a phone number. All orders without a phone number may be cancelled.

Basic support will only be provided through the forum (forum.eccentricworkshop.com) unless paid support is desired. GRBLDuino shields are designed to be operated with GRBL and support is not available for custom software. Only limited troubleshooting is available for kits due to many variables.

Great kit and a great supplier

I used this in conjunction with the GRBLDuino Mega Lite-GRBL 1.1 Arduino CNC Shield which is also from The Eccentric Workshop.

It was easy to assemble and worked first time. Just remember that when connecting to the GRBLDuino Mega Lite-GRBL 1.1 Arduino CNC Shield that the signal lines on the shield are the ones with the silk screened dots.

Worked as expected

Nice layout in an easy little board. I needed 4 inputs since I have a separate probe input so I bought two.

I used to have limit switch trips when running slow speeds with my router. Completely solved now!

Outstanding Product

This is my first CNC build. I bought these cancel the limit switch noise and they work great. I have home built cnc that I built and it has ran flawless! Awesome price and nicely labeled. I am alittle on the new side of electronics so the paper work felt more advance to me being new to Arduino. But the help at the forum was awesome. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.
