Shipping information is unclear

The "EU" means the maker is in Europe. Under the Shipping tab, you see the name of the shipping service, but it is not familiar to me. And the tracking information is not in English. For me, delivery took 7 days, apparently by air mail. That is fine, but it is easy for buyers to overlook that the product ships from Europe. Most buyers want to more easily know what delivery time to expect.
