PiRFM12 is a Raspberry Pi adapter board for the popular RFM12b modules. It supports both SMD and DIP (2mm pin pitch) modules and it comes with the PCB, a 26 pin header and a capacitor - you need to provide the RFM12 module yourself. An antenna connector is also added which connects to the SMD variant (DIP variant requires an antenna to be soldered onto the DIP module itself).

When fitted with the SMD variant, the adapter fits within most enclosures available for the Raspberry Pi.

It connects via the Raspberry Pi SPI interface and can be used with either the RFM12b Kernel Driver or userland software. Note that the kernel driver is NOT a full-fledged driver; it only talks to the JeeLabs RFM12 protocol. For more advanced usage, please use the RFM12 library from das-labor, which I have ported to the Raspberry Pi.
