Simple and easy to build

I bought the Pi-CASE+. It's easy to assemble and looks nice. My Pi and DAC+ are well protected now..

Bit fiddly to assemble, but great looking and functional

If you have a Pi-DAC+ or similar product, you'll need this (unless you want to make your own case with cutouts for the audio connectors). I found it a little fiddly to assemble, but easy enough following the instructions included with the Pi-DAC+. Looks good when finished too so hard not to recommend!

Sturdy case

Sturdy with good access to all the ports that I use--principally the pi's USB and audio from the DAC+. Held together with 4 large heavy bolts. Good feet--doesn't slip around. Only problem was that I didn't take the SD card out of the pi while I was assembling it into the case and managed to break it--my bad. So take the SD card out while you assemble it and it's perfect.

Does what it says on the Case

A very neat, well made case for the Raspberry Pi2 and iQaudio DAC+. All components were present and piecing it all together was very simple. Once constructed the casing is robust as the hardware fits snuggly inside without any space for "wobbles".

I'll be buying a second when the DAC+ are back in stock.

Excellent quality case !!

An excellent quality case that really adds the finishing touch to the pi-dac+. The smoke/tint effect shows off the circuits & led's nicely.

Nice case with perfect fit

I use this box with the DAC+ and the PI 2. All cuts fit perfect and the box is looking very good. A really must have for this small audio system!

Perfect, very good looking box.

The Pi-CASE for DAC+ is an absolutely professional box for Pi-DAC+ and Raspberry Pi 2. It is very easy to assemble, it takes about 10 minutes. Every slot is perfectly matches to the connectors on Pi-DAC+ and Raspberry Pi 2. Highly recommended.

excellent case and support

I got the case. it was excellently packed. it took me some time to assempble it, and that is my own fault because i didnt read the faq. if you read it then the assembly is very very easy!!! i was unlucky as some screws were missing. i contacted them for a replacement, they replied within the hour and they sent me the screws very very fast without any hassle. after very few days the screws are with me and i can enjoy my raspberry pi with my pi dac+

Very nice product!

Easy to use, nice product with build in headphone amp. Just plug the dac to my pi2 and select it as output soundcard on volumio with a few clicks will work.
Shipping is fast also. Will definitely buy again in the future.

Beautiful, simple, elegant

I am very happy with the case, and the IQaudioIO DAC inside it. The case is well designed and very good looking. I've go two of them sitting around looking good and enclosing a great little sound system. Highly recommended.

Looks very hi-tech

Very nice looking case

I have the clear case and it looks good. Case is a little tricky to put together. Only minor issue is the Pi in the case is not super secure, one end slight droops in the case.

Great protective housing for the Pi/Pi-DAC+

A little on the pricey side perhaps for what it is, but it is the only bespoke case available for the Pi/Pi-DAC+!

All-in-all, a very well made and easy to assemble bit of kit, looks great and will last forever. Really like the matt black acrylic.

Bought two so far -more to come

I've been playing music through Squeezebox systems for many years. Now that logitech have dropped the product line, there is a great open-source community providing software that enables us to listen to high quality music. Several of my friends have asked if they can join in the Squeezebox experience, and I have tried several ways of building players for them. So far the best solution I have found is the Rpi with a IQaudio DAC attached. I've built a couple of players using pi B's. Now the latest a piB+ with a IQ DAC+, mounted in an IQ case, provides high quality sound in a package that looks good in a domestic environment. It runs cooler than the original Rpi. I use picoreplayer which is easy to setup, and supports the latest DAC+ at version 1.18.
About to order some more.. Highly recommended.
