CAUTION: Hot plate will get hot enough to burn, do not touch! Do not leave unattended or near flammable things, can cause fire. Use at your own risk
Supply the 5.5 x 2.1 mm connector it with 12V @ 3A and it will be about 80-100 °C. Changing the voltage will change steady state temperature. Preheater stands on legs so the heat won't damage the standing surface.
It does not ship with an AC adapter, you have to provide one.
Makes hot air reflow and soldering easier as it heats up entire PCB. Especially useful for components with heat pads and big ground connections.
Can also be used to heat up things outside of soldering.
