Just the good 'ol Atmega328p, but its already got the bootloader/software you want! Tested and programmed in the 'ol Dart

TQFP part has a pitch of 0.8mm and is the standard in arduino Uno, mini (328), pro (328), Duemilanove (328) and more. It also includes 2 extra io (A6 and A7) that are built into the arduino IDE but can ONLY be used as analog Inputs. I will put either a bootloader of your choice on the board or a custom software, both using an ISP. Boards with custom firmware will have fuses set to that of the board selected in the bootloader but there bootloader will be replaced by the software.
