What is it?

Maker-Mate is a rock solid "third hand" or "helping hand" tool that is a useful addition to any workbench. From electronics soldering to jewelry making, the all metal design means Maker-Mate is able to withstand high temperatures.

Other third hand tools are often lightweight and unstable; the Maker-Mate base is all stainless steel with full length grips to provide stable, frustration-free assistance on your next project. Where Maker-Mate really shines is in its ability to be configured in many orientations. Since the base has grips on both sides you can flip it over for right or left handed use, or stand it up vertically for a taller application. The flexible arms are able to pivot and slide, along with high quality alligator clips that can rotate and lock into position.
