This is a fully assembled, soldered and tested High Power Dual Flasher. Each of the outputs can supply up to 5 Amps of current to power High-Power LEDs. This Assembled KIT also comes with two fully assembled, soldered and tested BLUE LED Plates as shown in images. The whole KIT can operate from a voltage source of 9-14 volts.

The flashing of the LEDs can be adjusted by the installed variable-resistor (Blue-POT). The flashes can be adjusted from one flash every 4-seconds to multiple-flashes per second (maximum flashing-frequency is about 5 hertz). When the flashing is adjusted to the maximum flashing-frequency, the LED flashes will give a sort of Water-Wave effect from the BLUE LED Plates.
