Capacitors: 2 x 100nF (C1, C2) (Disc ceramic D4.7mm W2.5mm P5.00mm)

Diodes: 2 x 1N4007 or similar (D2, D4) (P7.62mm)

LEDs: 3 x Kingbright L-113SRDT or similar 20mA (LED3mm)

ICs: 1 x Opto isolator 4N35 1 x Hex buffer CD4050

Regulator: 1 x LM7805 in TO220 package

4 x MIDI DIN5 180 degrees socket

1 x 4 way DIP switch Width 7.62mm
