Introduction

The tank chassis with holder, containing:

• Two metal steering gear.
• A mg946r steering gear.
• The holder can lift, lift arm with 2 bearing, and a greater tolerance.
• Chassis stents and gear train are all metal building, with strong stability, double motor drawing (carbon brush import motor, with all metal gear, ajd hall speed sensor.)
• Strong, fast smooth, high stability; can go forward and backward, turn left, turn right, turn circles, flexible etc, at the same time the chassis is at the bottom of the installation of control circuit for the customer to provide enough space, and is equipped with a bracket under the chassis platform. It can be used to install batteries, and chassis circuit can also be mounted to the tail.

Features

• Comes with the metal bottom plate (in which the motor has hall speed sensor.)
• The product size (with holder) : 285 * 205 * 82 mm (length * width * height) is different, sometimes the size will be small. If you need to change the special holder (finger) please contact the owner.
• Motor working voltage: 6 to 12 v (full metal gear carbon brush motor with hall speed, working voltage, speed around 200 revolutions per minute, circuit board in the black line for the anode, white line is positive, the other for feedback circuit.)

Electrical signal definition

• White lines: dc motor driving voltage (note that the motor voltage range is very wide, 3 v to 12 v, generally share the same way with encoder power supply)
• Black line: dc motor driving voltage (note that the motor voltage range is very wide, 3 v to 12 v, generally share the same way with encoder power)
• Blue line: the power of the encoder the anode (3.5-6 v, if the connection and MCU IO, use 5 v, note that the power of the encoder must be regulated)
• Green line: encoding output, attention is NPN leakage, need to pull up resistance to the power of the encoder positive, such as 1 k resistor.
• Red line: the power of the encoder is negative (ground)
• Encoder using 3 wires, motors in 2 lines, encoder and motor is physical isolation from the electric.The relationship between them is the magnet and hall at the end of the motor switch is connected.
