The SHT31-ARP is a very accurate humidity sensor that outputs a convenient analog signal. This makes it easy to begin measuring humility with any micro controller, such as the Arduino, within just minutes. The sensor is accurate to ±2% relative humidity and ±0.3°C offering a very clean signal. Simply power the board with 3.3V or 5V and connect the RH and T pins to your devices’ analog inputs to get started.

my current favorite

I like these temp rh breakout boards very much. The SHT31x chips are accurate, precise and very reliable. I use the voltage mode device and it is very stable.

I would like it if Versa Robotics would make a similar board, but in a long thin format so the board can be packaged as a probe. Perhaps, some thing that could be slipped into a 1/4" OD ss or plastic tube.
