What is it?

The Egel kit basically is a clone of Launchpad, it adds something too like: Precise (1%) power supply, Mosfet power output, connectors for Bluetooth module, nRF24L01+ transceiver module, infrared input and output, RS232 & power and finally a programmer input. This set contains two boards, a shield and a MPU board. Note that these boards come without parts, if you want a complete kit please see the options

Why did you make it?

The MSP430 MPU series are very atractive, the documentation however is rather difficult to manage. So we wrote an online course using the programming language Forth. This Egel kit is a spin-off. I may be useful for anyone who is wants to use the MSP430G2553 microprocessor.
