What is it?

It adds an experimenters board to the MSP-EXP430 Launchpad just like the shield for an Arduino. This is a kit, complete with all components. The board contains a strip for all I/O, an extra powerstrip, a ground for scope or logic analyzer, secondairy power connector and finally connectors for four RC-servo's or power outputs.

Why did you make it?

The MSP430 MPU series are very atractive, the documentation however is rather difficult to manage. So we wrote an online course using the programming language Forth. This shield is a spin-off. I may be useful for anyone who is experimenting with the MSP-EXP430G Launchpad.
