Description

This kit supports six different voltages and can output two different voltages at the same time. This makes it very flexible and perfect for all the circuit prototyping where different voltages or uncommon voltages are needed.

The small form factor is designed to fit into most commonly used Breadboard power rails. The output voltage can be selected for each output rail and the outputs can be disabled individually.

This Kit has been created for engineers, hackers and other technical people to simplify the circuit prototyping process and to always have a fitting USB power supply on hand, even if an uncommon voltage is needed.

Important Notes

• Might not fit perfectly into cheaper Breadboards. Pin to Pin Distance is 42.38mm.
• The Ground ( - ) of both Rails is always connected, even if the Rail is set to OFF!
• This is a development kit made for people with technical knowledge, not for end users.

Why did you make it?

I was getting frustrated with the fact that for every circuit i wanted to prototype or quickly build on a breadboard, i had to quite often waste time with building a power supply with the needed voltage first. The other common option of using a lab power supply i didn't like that much since it adds a lot of cabling and I quite often wanted to have multiple circuits running at the same time, but I don't have that many lab power supplies.

Another factor that made me create this board is the re-usability of it. I often built similar supply circuits with SMD adapters and a couple passive components, but it was not practical to take one supply circuit from one project to another, because it would have to be rewired anyways to take it from one breadboard to another.

What makes it special?
