Read More…The Abbycus rotating parts organizer provides up to 36 partitioned slots to store a variety of different items. The organizer is divided into six segments, each segment (module) consists of one to six partitioned bins which are all the same number by default. However, if you need a mix of modules please message us through Tindie with your desired configuration.
The organizer comes as an easily assembled kit and can be stacked to achieve multiple rotating layers. The basic kit contains two central hub flanges with pre-assembled bearing housing, desktop stand, six bin modules of your choice, and all required hardware. Additionally, the kit comes with self-adhesive rubber feet and a quantity of blank paper labels.
Please Note: There are two threaded rods in the kit. Use the short rod when a single level organizer is desired. The longer rod is used when stacking two kits together.
1) Screw the threaded rod into the tripod base and tighten finger tight. Then Screw a 12mm long nut onto the threaded rod and tighten against the base using a wrench or pliers.
2) Place one flange over the threaded rod with the bearing housing facing downward. The place the 55mm spacer over the threaded rod.
3) Add the other flange with the bearing housing facing upward. Then screw the 40mm knob to the top and tighten.
4) Begin fastening the bins around the perimeter of the hub using the supplied M3 x 10 pan head screws. Leave the screws loose until all bins have been mounted. Then tighten all screws on the top and bottom.
This describes stacking two kits together to form a multilevel rotary organizer.
1) Assemble the first kit as described above but use the longer threaded rod in step 1.
2) Assemble the second rotary bin wheel.
3) Place the lower wheel and secure with an M6 long nut.
4) Place the upper wheel on the threaded rod and secure with the 40mm knob.
Add rubber feet and labels. Done!
We will be offering tool holder modules in the near future. Please let us know if you have other requirements.
