board managment controller for the solid-run honeycomb arm server

• seats a raspberry pi cm4
• screws into a 2.5' drive bay
• controlls power on/off
• usb for virtual ethernet and disk
• access the cpus local serial terminal remotely

if you're running a solidrun honeycomb, this helps remotely access UEFI, reinstall the system and power cycle.

version 2 is coming with an external fan controller, but if your fan controller happens to work, this will suffice.

this is just the PCB with SMD components but NO THT components. It has an incorrect SSR footprint, so you'll also have to fix this with a bit of wire too
