Flone is a drone platform that make smartphones able to fly.

This item is only the laser cutted wood frame. Made in 30 x 30 cm of 5mm plywood, sent in a padded envelope.

Some charateristics of this frame are:

Smart - Add an smartphone and extend their capabilities. Use the camera or the rest of the sensors of the smartphone, like Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, or 4G.
Compact - Designed to be as small as possible but fully capable of carry an smartphone or sport camera.
Green - Natural & biodegradable plywood, very light, cheap, accessible and easy to cut.

Just mount and glue it with wood glue. You will need motors and electronics for fly the quadcopter.

We love wood+drones

Wood is cheap and can be repaired easily with glue. Open Source is cool for make easy modifications.
