DIY projects or household intelligent control often require measurement of temperature as a control parameter.

Besides using IC sensor for temperature measurement, we do find project makers require wider temperature range, which are common in projects such as :

• Reflow oven,
• Furnace or
• BBQ Temperature Controller (Example 1, Example 2 - Reference only).
  

We offer this as an alternative of using our sensor IC (*) for measuring temperature, for temperature conditions lies between 100 to 500 DegC

This thermocouple probe is nicely constructed with the following features :

• Standard K Type connector

(*) - This is not a direct replacement of our IC sensor, this is an analog voltage output temperature sensor and can be used with K-Type Thermocouple Thermometer or DIY breakout boards with K-Type input and interface IC (E.G. : MAX31855 - Not included)
