Inspired by HomoFaciens DIY CNC machine I converted his encoder design to a PCB with an simple constant current source for a flexible voltage Input range of 5 to 30 volt (Blue LED 7 - 30 volt). Instead of discrete Pullups I desided to use the internal pullups for simpicety.
A highly customizable PCB allows four different configurations on one PCB. This provides free choice for the customer to order what suits best for him.
