W3-42-RPSMA is dual 4-port RF signal Splitter/Combiner purposely built for dual-band WiFI and BT applications as well as any other wireless technology in 2.0 GHz - 6.0 GHz band.

It is based on multi-section Wilkinson design (3 sections) that explained very nicely and in details at microwaves101.com RF portal. Calculation of traces width, sections impedance, and isolation resistors values were done using calculators from the same RF portal. W3-42-RPSMA is implemented on 0.8mm FR-4 2-layer material with ENIG finishing (Electroless Nickel with Immersion Gold coating) and has RP-SMA Female connectors soldered to each port.

Why dual (i.e. why x2 4-port splitters as one assembly)? Majority of modern WiFi radios are dual-chain and require x2 (two) antennas to operate, and W3-42-RPSMA will allow you feed x4 modern WiFi radios off only x2 antennas rather then x8.

W3-42-RPSMA is ideally suited for custom projects where size and price matter. Of course it performs not as good as would $$$ commercially available splitters/dividers/combiners, but taking into consideration FR-4 PCB material with somewhat high loss on high frequencies (about 0.4 dB per inch at 6.0 GHz), our layout is very efficient and does not have any traces overhead that legacy and/or commercial designs have which in turn leads to very good performance characteristics in a very compact design footprint. You will not be able to find nothing close to this splitter/combiner in terms of number of ports vs assembly size vs price thanks to unique PCB design and Wilkinson branches arrangement.
