AAPV-2458 is purposely built high-gain dual-band active Antipodal Vivaldi antenna for WiFi Receive (RX) applications. What makes this antenna unique is a built-in Low Noise amplifier that boosts RX gain by 16dB on top of gain presented by antenna itself. Operational frequencies are 2400 MHz - 2500 MHz and 5200 MHz - 5800 MHz. AAPV-2458 ideally suits target applications such as DOA (Direction Of Arrival) and remote wireless scan and monitoring. Design concept and mounting arrangement makes AAPV-2458 a suitable component to build antenna arrays of different configurations with extreme sensitivity and distance coverage that are superior to any available commercial offering.
