If you want to order this enclosure together with the dAISy HAT, use the option on the HAT's product page to save on shipping cost.

These cases fit the current revision (Rev F) of the HAT perfectly. Older revisions still fit, but the SMA connector is 1-2mm off-center relative to the hole, which makes attaching the SMA cable somewhat fiddly.

This is only the case. Raspberry Pi and dAISy HAT are not included.
