What is it?

This is an adapter for the ER-TFTM070-5 from BuyDisplay.com It's a basic breakout of the SPI, BACKLIGHT and Touch I2C pins from the built in FPC connector.

Why did you make it?

While the LCD already has a header portion it's in an awkward spot and there are enough pins to confuse anyone. So with this breakout you get a huge amount of clarity on what pins are used and it also uses a tiny amount of breadboard space.

What makes it special?

It's TINY, it's Simple and straight to the point. No fussing or looking for what pin is where. Also its made by me and i use OSHPark so you can bet the quality of the PCB is awesome! The FPC connectors are straight from BuyDisplay themselves!

Some people (including me) have an issue with the LCD where RST and C86 seems to be switched or something. This PCB allows you to select what RESET is... so no more having to rewire around. A simple solder jumper fixes it all.
