Inasmuch as Avionics Anonymous has no opportunity to monitor the use or installation of parts supplied by it, nor opportunity to participate in the design, manufacture, or maintenance of the vehicles in which its parts are utilized, the purchaser, by placing an order, agrees that all materials purchased will be used solely at the purchaser's own risk and that the purchaser will indemnify and hold Avionics Anonymous, its owners and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability, or damage resulting from any alleged failure or defect of any such parts, except for the replacement of such parts. Avionics Anonymous's obligation under this warranty is limited to exchange of the goods supplied and in no case is to exceed the invoiced amount.
