Read More…The Circle is an electronic add-on to any Nest thermostat, it allows any thermostat to be able to control any minisplit. Why to use a themostat? well mostly because of its technology and looks, and because it is something that high end thermostats are missing, be able to control beyond the central units.
I did this nest add-on as a way to level up some of the spaces of my home, I have realized that most devices on the market that control temperature are not up to the looks of a nest thermostat. My intention was then be able to use/reuse my thermostats. As a second goal was to really test nest technology with its ability to learn from the spaces and in the meanwhile save some energy. Spoiler alert I did save energy.
