Why did you make it?
Wanted to control some LED stripes via PC, Smartphone App and Loxone home automation.
What makes it special?
Very small (case only 60x35 mm)
Supply: 12V DC
Output: 12V and 4 colors (RGBW)
1 output may drive around 3A so it is also possible to use longer LED stripes!
Configurable, controlable and updateable via USB (Wifi setup, change color, Firmware update)
Controlable via Network (WiFi) with WebBrowser, Smartphone App or any other device (Change color for example with a simple JSON message via TCP/IP)
100% original FTDI chip (no cheap China version where you have issues with USB)!
You can also use the HW to write your own ESP8266 program which drives LEDs or different things!
Fits into a Hammond 1551J case (you can buy a kit or assembled board without case and get the case yourself)

Standard LED Stripe cables have a small removeable pinheader, so it doesn't matter if the LED Stripe has a male or female connector
