You have a personnal server with tons of 3.5" bays, and many external USB 2.5" 5TB drives. If you aren't willing to sacrifice there 3.5" bays for 2.5" drives, then it is a solution for you. Here's an…

Warning :

The newer version has been improved : it is thicker and has side mounting holes, as displayed on the first picture.

The included components :

Main plate to mount the drives (marble PLA or black PLA)
Vibration dampening black TPU layer
Removable adapter cover (With label or with room for drive's labels)
Optional 3mm brass threads to be added to the bottom of the plate for more secure mounting points in case of vertical mounting
x13 6mm Philips screw for assembly
x4 Flexible flat cables (two spare, retail price 0.75$)
x4 FPC to SATA II adapters (retail price 4$)
x2 SATA MALE/MALE adapters (retail price 4.5$)

Some instructions :

Use tape to keep the flexible flat cables in place. Don't glue them or it could damage both the cables and hard drive sticker. Don't bend them entirely or you may break them (See picture)
Cables should be bent on a 45° pattern (See picture)
Please ensure you have at least 1.5mm of clearance for the flexible flat cable connectors on the drive's side (see picture)
Please ensure the length of the adapter will fit in your PC enclosure, add a few cm for the sata data and power cables.

For your conveniency I optionally sell angled SATA adapters and Molex to SATA power adapter. The angled 45° sata adapter will make the SATA connectors available from the bottom of the plate. Please be aware this adapter require to cut down excess plastic on one side if you want to use both SATA ports as it's wider than the port itself. I ship it untouched / brand new. Mail me if you want me to do the modification for you.
