This mini LM386 -based audio amp is a create quick and easy solution for projects in need of driving a small speaker. I designed this to be small, low cost and easy to build while still providing good audio quality. The circuit has an on/off switch and a knob for volume adjustment and can run on a 9 volt battery or any regulated 9volt dc power. Great for running small 4 ohm or 8 ohm speakers. SPEAKER NOT INCLUDED. There is also a passive RC filter on board in case you are working somewhere with specifically strong interference. If you don't plan on using it, simply jump the resistor labeled "RF1" with any wire. Resistor 1 and 2 are 1k ohm resistors.

Purchasing options:

• just board: just the board, no components included
• kit with 9volt clip: includes board, all necessary components and a 9 volt battery clip
• kit without 9volt clip: includes board and all necessary components
• assembled with 9volt clip: amp comes fully assembled with a 9volt battery clip
• assembled without 9volt clip: amp comes fully assembled without a 9volt battery clip

If you order any of the "assembled" options and would like the amp to come with an RC filter, please use the "Additional Instructions" Field at checkout to let me know exactly what capacitor and resistor combo you would like me to use. If you do not contact me I will just solder in a jumper and bypass the filter (please note this can be undone if you decide you would like to use it in the future).
