NOTE:

I have new EASY solder model, this model is simplified for soldering etc. with 3528 LED's, no animation, no programming. Special if you do not know how to program attiny, or are you scared with working with. You can use self flashing leds, it not synchronized but there is way .... Can be powered with micro USB or AAA batteries, not together if you connect USB remove battery !!!

Board is ready for sale but with small manufacturing bug 2 pads missing but you can solder LED to track..., check board page for DETAILS

Attiny85 to individual control 20 (some LEDSs are parallel ) LED with charlieplexing
about 40 LED total
AAA battery in stand for power
full 3D construction
it can not fly :-(

Love the kit

I bought the bare pcb animated kit with preinstalled chip. I really enjoyed building this kit and can stare at the animations for hours. I used the pastebin parts list pgvoorhees posted on the hackaday project page. https://pastebin.com/VPNC49LW Included everything but the pink LEDs. Also note, the bottom_LED_position.png is mirror imaged. So all the + indicators are backwards.
