Read More…The Terrible Fire 534 accelerator is designed to be installed inside a Commodore Amiga 500 or 500+. It uses a Motorola 68030 CPU and a 68882 math co-processor that can be clocked at 33, 40 or 50MHz. 4MB RAM and a 2.5" IDE connector are also install-able on the board.
The board requires the installation of small SMD (Surface Mount) components, so you (or your installer) should have the necessary skills to carry out this precision soldering.
The board was designed by Stephen Leary and the Github can be found here, which also provides the required Bill Of Materials (BOM).
