Why? - cause I am currently developing a new line up .. an all in One System for Smart Home

Hard wired - controlling everything in a room! These 50 Sensors are HQ PCBs - with a ENIG PCB as well as Humidity and Dust coating.

After months of dedicated prototyping and nine iterations to perfect its design, I am thrilled to announce the launch of my innovative, limited-availability product!

This Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) enabled All-in-One Sensor, powered by the ESP32-S3, is designed to monitor multiple key environmental factors in any room, including:

Air Pressure / CO2 Levels and Concentration / Indoor Air Quality / Carbon Monoxide / Humidity / Luminance / Presence Detection - to distinguish the person with Bluetooth Presence and PROXY / Temperature / Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) / Zigbee Integration: Equipped with a Zigbee CC2652P7 chip, this device can handle up to 300 Zigbee devices and can function either as a Zigbee Router or Coordinator, giving you powerful control and flexibility in your smart home or IoT setup.

Extended Connectivity: With two antennas onboard, you’ll experience enhanced Bluetooth and Zigbee range for even greater coverage and reliability.

Expansion Capabilities:

The back of the board features a 16-pin IDC connector, which allows for even more functionality through an expansion board (currently in prototyping). This extension board will support:

Up to 4 relay switches / Control of up to 4 dimmable AC light sources (110V–400V, 10A per channel) / Up to 4 door contact sensors / Control of 2 decentralized heat recovery ventilators / Control of 4 sources of addressable 24V LED strips (e.g., SK6812 COB RGBW/CW) / Connection to an external rain sensor (high-quality, weatherproof) / Integration of an additional particulate matter sensor /

#### Why did you make it? I wanted a robust solution for my home that didn't require pairing multiple devices in every room. I needed something future-proof, hardwired, and capable of acting as the central hub of each room. Every sensor is designed to trigger specific automations seamlessly.

What's next?

The development of the extension board with the mentioned features is underway. Additionally, we’re working on integrating Home Assistant capabilities, allowing you to enable or disable specific features, flash the Zigbee chip, and perform OTA updates with ease.
