This board is soldered to the backside of the mainboard of an Intellivision console. This board picks up the digitial video signal (4-bit RGBI) and serializes it to a lumacode signal. This can then be flawlessly upscaled to a pixel-perfect HDMI signal using an RGBtoHDMI device or something with equal capabilities.
Compatiblity is tested with the PAL version of this console. The NTSC variant should also work, but this is based only on theoretical considersions. It would be great if someone would want to take the risk trying it.
