Design Philosophy:

I like minimalist dev kits that are useful without having a lot of extraneous "features". Also that are physically small to allow for inexpensive shipping.

Features:

ICSP connector for programming from the Arduino IDE via an USBasp.
5 on-board LEDs - one on each GPIO, from B0-B4.
Connector for CP2102 USB-UART module for Serial I/O. The ATtiny85/13 do not have hardware serial but the board packages listed below have software solutions.
on-board Reset Button.
may be mounted on a breadboard with connections to each pin of the ATtiny.
I recommend using the ATtinyCore board package for the ATtiny85 - an optional bootloader is part of this package although, be warned, it uses a lot of the flash. Better to upload using the ICSP and save precious flash.
I recommend using the MicroCore board package for the ATtiny13A.
