This Motor/Stepper/Servo shield is designed to work with the Esp32 Project Board found HERE

NOTE: This shield is IS NOT PHYSICALLY COMPATIBLE with any other prototyping board, including Arduino.

This high-powered motor/stepper/servo shield, powered by the TB6612 MOSFET driver DATASHEET delivers big power in a compact footprint. It can power up to 4 DC motors or 2 stepper motors and has dedicated ports for 4 5v servos. It can deliver continuous 1.2A per motor channel (3A PEAK), and can be supplied from either the internal 5v power (200ma MAX), or an external voltage of 5-12V.

It uses the I2C interface and can be individually addresses to allow you yo stack up to 32 shields!

The TB6612 offers low voltage drop across the motors to extend battery life and built-in flyback-protection diodes.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• 4 connections for 5V 'hobby' servos connected to on-board high-resolution PWM controller for low jitter
• 4 H-Bridges: TB6612 chipset provides 1.2A per bridge (3A peak) with thermal shutdown protection, internal flyback-protection diodes. Can power motors from 5VDC to 12VDC.
• Up to 4 bi-directional DC motors with individual 8-bit speed selection (~.5% resolution)
• Up to 2 stepper motors (unipolar or bipolar) with single coil, double coil, interleaved or micro-stepping
• Built-in flyback-protection diodes
• Motors automatically disabled on power-up
• Screw-terminal block connectors to easily hook up motor wires (18-26AWG)
• Screw-terminal block and jumper to connect external power, for separate logic/motor supplies (18-26AWG)
• Stackable headers and 90-degree servo headers allow you to stack additional shields on top
• Address-select solder jumpers allow you to stack up to 32 Motor shields for a total of 64 steppers or 128 DC motor
• Onboard power LED shows system power status
• Aluminum electrolytic and Tantalum capacitors provide power smoothing and prevent blackouts

This shield can be ordered fully-assembled or as a kit for self-assembly. All surface-mount components are pre-assembled.
