What is it?

It is a breakout board that routes out all the pins of PIC32MZ2048ECH100 PIM module to standard 0.1-inch headers.

Only PCB; PIM module and circuit components are not included in this product by default

Add Fully-assembled and PIM options for a full-fledged experiment platform

Why did you make it?

PIC32MZ PIM module houses one of Microchip's latest MZ series 200MHz clock MIPS MCUs. However its 0.05-inch headers are difficult to connect to.

This breakout board brings out all the PIM pings. It also provides the simplest supporting circuitry (3.3V supply, a USB port connector) to allow users experimenting with Microchip's Harmony framework immediately, with full bare metal access and no distraction.

A ICSP programming header is already on the board to connect to PICKit 3 for firmware download and debugging
